Research field

The research group focuses on the functional discovery and targeted regulation of proteins, mainly including: 1) developing protein interaction research methods such as proximity labeling and chemical cross-linking mass spectrometry; 2) developing labeling methods for weakly reactive amino acids to study the biological functions of RNA-binding proteins and others; 3) developing a high-throughput screening platform for the 'proteome' using a 'small molecule compound library' to discover covalent ligands.
